Safety Weekend is a two-day, hands-on experience taught by fellow boaters who have training and experience dealing with the issues you're actually likely to confront on your journey down the river.  From knot tying and swiftwater crossings, to swimming rapids, rescuing yourself, and helping others who need to be rescued, Safety Weekend will leave you more prepared, self confident and competent when things don't go right on the river.
