Soggy Sneakers 118 upper section: PFD/helmet required; Basic development run beginner/intermediate with whitewater experience to sharpen skills entering larger waves, edge carving, eddy turns, nice river wide wave end of run for surfing and S turn work. Next step progressing to Mill City-Mehama solid class II run.
