To Register for Safety Weekend 2010

Print and fill out the forms below for each attendee.

If you are presently a member of WKCC inc.

     1.  A WKCC Safety Weekend 2010 Registration and Adult Waiver   and / or

          A WKCC Safety Weekend 2010 Registration and Minor Waiver, and

     2.  An American Canoe Association Adult Waiver and / or

          an American Canoe Association Minor Waiver

If you are not presently a member of WKCC inc.

     1.  The above forms, and

     2.  A WKCC membership application

After completing and signing, please send the applicable WKCC Safety Weekend 2010 Registration / waiver(s), American Canoe Association waiver(s), and, if not presently a member, membership application form(s) with a check for the $12 yearly dues to:
