North Santiam, Big Cliff to Packsaddle, class 3+ (5)

Come and catch this 5 mile run before the closure of the river begins.  (Starting in 2011, the North Santiam River will be closed for 2 years between Niagara Park and Packsaddle Park for fish passage improvements at Minto Dam, just upstream of Packsaddle Park.)  This is run # 117 in Soggy Sneakers (4th ed).  The Narrows and Niagara are the most difficult drops; they can be portaged.
