Join the WKCC

To join the Willamette Kayak and Canoe Club, Inc.  

Print and fill out the forms below and send in with the membership dues.

1.  A WKCC membership application

2.   A WKCC Adult waiver

3.  Include a WKCC Minor waiver if applicable
 

4.  Yearly dues - $12

Please send the completed application form, ALL applicable signed waivers, and $12 yearly dues to:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ~ for AFTER joining the WKCC: 

WKCC allows the general public  to view most of the information at both this website (www.wkcc.org) , and the forum at   http://groups.yahoo.com/group/willamettekayakandcanoeclub/ .

However, only WKCC members are allowed to post at both this site and the forum.

A)  If/when you request a user profile at http://www.wkcc.org you must use one of the following:

  1. Full Name   OR
  2. complete email address, using the same name or email address as you used on your membership application. 

 

B)  If/when you request a WKCC yahoo forum profile at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/willamettekayakandcanoeclub/ 

remember to include your full name, the same as you put on your membership application. 

 

Without the same information that is on your membership application, profile approval can not be granted, as those identifiers are what we use to confirm your membership.

Your WKCC membership will be effective as soon as we receive and process your application materials.  However, please allow up to a month for the process of:  snail mail delivery of your membership application, mail pickup, WKCC membership application processing, posting of new members to our central membership list, and approval of your web site profiles at www.wkcc.org and/or http://groups.yahoo.com/group/willamettekayakandcanoeclub/ . 

Please be aware that we are all volunteers, most of us with full time jobs away from the WKCC organization.
