General Meeting, Kathleen O'Malley presenter

General Meeting will be held at the Old World Deli (341 SW 2nd St., Corvallis).  7:00 pm (business at 7:30, program at approximately 8:00 pm)  We'll sit down together, grab a bite of dinner (or delicious dessert), and discuss spring boating plans.  At 8:00 pm we'll be treated to Kathleen O'Malley as the guest speaker on Whitewater Kayaking in Ecuador.  Kathleen will share highlights and images from her recent trip to Ecuador where she spent 14 days kayaking with Small World Adventures.  Each day offered a new adventure on a different stretch of whitewater either in the Quijos Valley (between 4,000 and 7,000 feet elevation) or down in the Amazon basin (1,300 feet elevation).  Kathleen will describe her experiences traveling in the region and offer advice and resources to those considering a similar trip.
