Foster Reservoir, Sweet Home, Flatwater

Meet at McDonalds restaurant in Sweet Home at 8:00 AM.  Proceed to Sunnyside Park boat ramp.  Launch about  9:00 AM.  Paddle up Middle Santiam River towards Green Peter Dam to rocks garden, waterfalls. Return to Sunnyside Park, then venture out to Foster Reservoir around point to South Santiam River.  Paddle upriver for a few miles.  Observe wildlife, waterfalls, etc...., have lunch and then return to Sunnyside Park.  Approximately 4 hours total.  Mostly flat water, some current and could encounter wind on reservoir.  Open to all skill levels.  Kayaks 12+ ft and longer.  Contact Jack for more details.
