Great Willamette River Cleanup
The Great Willamette Clean Up will take place on
Saturday, October 3
between
9AM-12:30PM
depending on where the site is located and the effort needed to clean the area. On-water cleanups will start around 8AM to give boaters a chance to shuttle back to the Volunteer Thank You Party, which begins at 1PM. Michelle Emmons, Event Coordinator cell

WKCC (on-water): Island Park to Alton Baker both sides of riverbanks
Corvallis-Albancy (on-water): Michael's Landing to Hayak Park
City of Eugene (land-based)
River House Outdoor Program (on-water)
Willamalane and City of Springfield (land-based): Island Park to Eastgate Woodlands
UO Outdoor Program (land-based): Autzen Footbridge east to Franklin bike path access, west to Knickerbocker Bridge on south bank
Friends of Buford Park (land-based): Trash and teasel removal at Turtle Flats
Middle Fork Willamette Watershed Council (land-based): Clearwater Park
City of Oakridge/Oregon Adventures/Greater Area Oakridge Trail Stewards (land-based)
